The Board of Directors of Resand Ltd has appointed Mikko Immonen, M.Sc. (Tech.), as the company’s new CEO. He started in the position on 11 August 2025. The previous CEO, Kalle Härkki, continues as the Chairman of the Board of Resand as of 11 August 2025.
Mikko Immonen has over 20 years of experience in managing international businesses. He has acted in several management positions at international companies of various sizes in the mining and metals industry, as well as renewable energy.
